Awards

The Lexington Unsung Heroes Awards honors individuals who have made a significant difference in the lives of the people they serve, showing consistency, reliability and a talent for serving others. These individuals also display a spirit beneficial to their team as well as their place of work.

Nominations for the 2027 Unsung Hero Awards are currently open. An awards committee, comprised of representatives from various industries and backgrounds, will then select six honorees. Sign up for the CivicLex Weekly and/or follow CivicLex on social media to catch the nomination announcement.
